Frederick Chess

We've taught chess in Frederick County since 2014, and have taught more than 5,000 students in after school clubs during that time period.  We also have camps in-person and online on days when schools are off, and run a number of summer chess camps every year.

For more information on a program, select it below.  We have tournaments every month nearby, including the MD state tournament in April. In 2025 we were excited to coach the first kid from Frederick to win a state championship, and the first ever school too!
