Chess Clubs for Kids in the DMV
Silver Knights Chess Academy runs before, after, and during school chess clubs at more than 350 locations in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, and teach more than 10,000 kids each year in these programs! We teach everyone from beginners learning the rules to state champions.

Our chess clubs are typically one hour long, with a 20-25 minute chess lesson, tailored to the skill level of the participants. The students spend the next 30-35 minutes practicing what they learned and playing chess with each other. We provide all the equipment, and our chess coaches are thoroughly background checked.
