Online Chess Camps for Kids

Our online chess mini-camps and workshops are a fun way to spend a day or a week!  Camps have a mixture of live lessons, practice games, puzzles, and tournaments!  Campers are divided by skill so that everyone gets useful lessons and fair games.  Brand new beginners will start with the basics whichever day they join.  A few more things to know:

  • Ages 5-14
  • Maximum of 8 students per group, and each group has its own instructor
  • Students are grouped by skill, so we welcome all levels from brand new beginners to strong tournament players!
  • The whole camp will be in our secure Chessable Classroom, which will allow students to see and talk to each other, solve puzzles, play games, practice positions, and play in tournaments - no Zoom, no equipment and no switching windows required!

Different camps will have different lessons, so students who attend a bunch of camps will get to learn new things each time!
